Once you assign tasks you need to inform your employees.
Once you have assigned tasks, it is time to inform your employees of their duties. You can do this in one of a few ways.
Manage Task Cards.
The first method is to print or email task cards. To do this select the Manage Task Cards option from the Tasks dropdown menu.
From here you can select the date. Then you can preview your employee task cards. If you wish to print them, choose the PDF option at the top right. If you want to email them out, click on the Email button at the top right. Please note that only employees with email addresses verified in the system will receive emails.
The PDF export will have each employee's task card on a separate page.
Time Clock Portal
Tasks can also be viewed from the Time Clock Portal. To activate this feature you will need to make sure Show Tasks on Clock In/Out has been activated within your time clock settings (Time Clock > Time Clock Settings).
