To manage Job Codes click on the Gear Icon at the top right corner and select Job Codes near the very bottom of the list.
Add New Job Code
To create a new job code click on the Add Job Code button at the top right of the screen.
From here you will be able to set the title, code and include any notes (optional).
Click on the Save button to finish. You will now see the new code displayed on the master list.
Edit Job Code
To edit a job code click on the Pencil icon to the left of the Job Code you want to modify.
This will pop up the settings menu. Edit as needed and then click on Save.
Please note that any changes to the Title or Code will apply store, or company-wide, on all timesheet data.
Delete Job Code
If you want to delete a job code you can do so by clicking on the trash can icon to the left of the title.
Please note that if the Job Code has been assigned to an employee for any timesheets it may not be possible to remove. You may need to replace the job code by creating a new one instead.
